My experiences since 1979 are that everybody starts Euro-gym with different
muscle strength, endurance, bone density, inner-organ health, and attitude to Life.
Physical background of a beginner is ‘stretching’ from the week neglected (maybe) injured body to the Olympic strong sculpted figure of a water polo player.
This diversity of a start up position is natural but the possibility of breakthrough is 90 percent depending on the will, determination and patience of the starter.
Euro-Gym is on both mental and physical level an organic step by step method to achieve tangible results in all areas of mind, body shaping and soul easing.
I incorporated all of my 24 years leisure-experiences into the first series of Rehearsal, Muscle concerto, Exploring Intuition- DVD’s, Exit to Freedom-CD and Mind and Body Shaping-Book.
I kept in sight to make the program safe, enjoyable and entertaining even for those people who ‘never did a leg swing in there life’ but also attract people with regular sport activity. From level one to level four, there is an ever increasing challenge in building muscle strength, endurance and coordination.


The Euro-Gym Package

If you are patient, read the Mind and Body shaping Book first, that is clarifying the whole
method, techniques, nutrition, and relaxation process of Euro-Gym.
You may start also to exercise with the Rehearsal DVD, read carefully the instructions of the Film. Watch it first then start to execute the exercises, if you find it too challenging, stop sometimes but keep your circulation active by shaking your legs and arms.
Although at the beginning you can make it as a ‘walk through’ but after a couple of classes strive to be precise with the execution, like a professional performer.
Precision in executing choreography, and properly ‘fitted’ breathing to the motion is the way to target the right muscle group and build a proportional muscle structure that can burn fat all over the body.
Always start from the warm up go through everything and finish with the beneficial relaxation.
Wait patiently for the level change, do it only if against all precision you do not experience challenge during the strengthening exercises.
