You may start also to exercise with the Rehearsal DVD, read carefully the instructions of the Film. Watch it first then start to execute the exercises, if you find it too challenging, stop sometimes but keep your circulation active by shaking your legs and arms. Although at the beginning you can make it as a ‘walk through’ but after a couple of classes strive to be precise with the execution, like a professional performer. Precision in executing choreography, and properly ‘fitted’ breathing to the motion is the way to target the right muscle group and build a proportional muscle structure that can burn fat all over the body. Always start from the warm up go through everything and finish with the beneficial relaxation. Wait patiently for the level change, do it only if against all precision you do not experience challenge during the strengthening exercises. |
